Sandcastle Cake on Cake Central

Cake is a 11 inch square and a six inch round top tier, plain sponge filled with jam and vanilla butter cream. I covered the entire cake with butter cream and then smothered with crushed biscuit and sugar. The turrets are ice cream cones decorated with royal icing and sugarpaste. To finish it off I used chocolate seashells and dusted them with gold lustre.
