This is a 30" long Fire truck I made for a 4 year old boys birthday. It is chocolate cake with chocolate icing and marshmallow fondant. The figure is made of gum paste. The fire hose is connected to a chamber of whipped cream and compressed air. When the boy went to blow out the candles, the fireman hosed his face down with the Whipped Cream. It was very funny!
