This is a 8" Birthday cake for a girl born August 1st. Her birth flower is the orange Poppy so she wanted poppies on it. It was a super last minute order, her mom called me Thursday night needed it for Friday! Light lemon sponge cake with fresh raspberry filling & Lemon buttercream. Torted for 3 layers of filling 6" high. Gumpaste Poppy petal attatched with BC.
