Another chocolate dipped strawberry cake. This one was chocolate cake soaked with espresso flavoring with mocha buttercream. I used Stirrings espresso martini syrup (non-alcoholic) and brushed it over each layer then filled with mocha buttercream. My martini mix now has 2 purposes!
