Top and bottom tier are white cake with strawberry filling, middle tier is starwberry cake with strawberry buttercream filling. Roses, daffodils and leaves are gumpastes, scroll is royal icing, the rest in MMF. It began as a daffodil cake, but my first attempt at daffodils failed miserably and all but two broke, so I ended up having to make roses to fill in all the empty space... : )
