This is a cake I made for my sisters 34th birthday. Both tiers were chocolate cake, strawberry mousse filling and chocolate buttercream. "34" was written in chocolate buttercream. Real roses and fresh strawberries were arranged on both tiers. Idea came from book "Wedding Cakes You Can Make" by Dede Wilson.... Valentine's Day Cake
