This was my 3rd wedding cake and it was a fairly scary one. She wanted a white cake with black swirls and at first it sounded easy and I thought 'no problem'. Well after thinking about it my piping isn't the best and I had always had trouble getting my buttercream to be smooth and not have bubbles. So I just went for it and viola! I like it and the wedding party was speechless! I felt so bad delivering it because I was still shocked I had finished that I didn't really respond XD oh well. Red velvet with cream cheese filling and a vanilla BC frosting. :) Oh and I used the wilton press to help with the swirls.
