Covered in BC and about a gazillion dragees. The ribbon is fondant. The numbers are gumpaste sprinkled with disco dust. I'm serious, if you aren't charging $5 a serving for a dragee covered cake, you're doing yourself a disservice...I wish someone would've told me that. LOL! TFL.
