12 Inches of chocolate sponge, torted with sour cherry filling and cream, covered in chocolate panels and curls. Used a kilo of chocolate on this one - it weighed heaps! My poor Mum having to cut it, I did feel sorry for her! Sorry Mum! I only make them, not cut them! Still trying to get the chocolate off the bench!
