4 layer dark chocolate cake with buttercream filling and cover. Fondant topper and polka-dots. Wish I would of made the dots various sizes. And yes I did it again. I used wooden dowels for support. Even had one all the way throught the middle. Felt very secure but had one dowel slip out of place and the cake lean and slide to that corner when delivering. I am done with wooden dowels!!!!! I will be making another this week to redeem myself. Cried all the way home. Very nice customer...works in the resteraunt business and told me this happens...in fact they drop half of thier catering order just this weekend. Still....made me feel worse to add this to his weekend and his daughter's 16th birthday too.
