This was for a Valentine's Day wedding. I now hate buttercream! I don't care what anybody says, it does NOT smooth! I can't tell you how many hours I spent trying to get it smooth and it just wouldn't. So, I tried to patch it the best I could. The couple loved it so I guess that's all that matters.
