This was a 6-layer cake I made for my husband's birthday. Alternating choc and dark choc layers with homemade chocolate pudding in between. Iced in mocha BC. I was trying to get a chocolate royal icing, and came out with two different colors, my '35' in the darker color broke, hence the color variation.
