Hi everyone! This cake was for my husband that was coming home for the weekend (he's in the Army, even though he's not deployed at this moment, he will be soon and is training for weeks at a time for it), n he's a big chocolate fan so I surprised him with it hehehe. A 6" cake, 2 layers,each one torted so it has 3 layers of caramel filling ,covered in chocolate buttercream, gumpaste fleur de lis painted with super gold luster paint n dust, fresh strawberries top it all!! Needless to say he adored it! ;P
