A customers family was having her sisters quinceanera party. This party just so happened to fall on the weekend of the parents 40th anniversary. The customer ordered this cake as a surprise for her parents. The quinceanera and anniversary were held together as one huge happy party. 12"-10"-8" tiers, WASC w/fresh raspberry filling. All BC frosting. Cake board is covered in chocolate fondant and I made the "frosted" chocolate roses, for a Fall/Winter look, from fondant/gumpaste as well.
