This is my 2nd Topsy Turvy cake. This time with fondant. The first will never see the light of day again! I learned that I should try and cut the hole the same size as the pan and not the board. Also use colors to show the cakes levels. Finally, DO NOT MAKE FONDANT ACCENTS A DAY BEFORE!!
