This is a birthday cake that I made for my daughter. I almost bit off more than I could chew! The flower pot split and I had to compensate with dowel height to level the "stem" cakes. I meant to have the "blooms" layer made out of cake also but I was afraid it would not hold up so I covered strofoam with fresh flowers. The icing is buttercream. I 'm new at this and learning with each cake! Cake is 24" tall.
