Twelve and 9 inch Red Velvet cakes, iced in Cream Cheese Buttercream. The buttercream was miserable to work with because we had an unusual 85 degree weekend. Thank goodness all those chocolate covered strawberries covered up a lot of it. Roses are gumpaste. Made for cost for a friend of my daughter's. The bride was very happy with it, so that's all that mattered.
