This is a cake a made for a friend, this was one of those cake nightmares. After the cake was done baking and cooled in the pan, I turned it over to release it and it fell apart. This was about 9pm and I had to be at work the next morning at 6am. Needless to say I had to rebake the cake and got up at 345 the next morning to decorate the cake. Thanks for looking.
