I had a little difficulty making one of these cakes, but overall I was pretty please with the result. I made an 8-inch white sour cream cake with buttercream filling and frosting, a 9-inch white sour cream cake with chocolate hazelnut filling and buttercream frosting, and a 9-inch coconut cream cake with coconut filling and buttercream icing. I did a basketweave around the cakes and used beautiful yellow silk roses for decoration. She loves yellow roses, and I added some yellow silk roses for decoration.
