Dried Pineapple Flower Cake
4, 6, 8 rounds of hummingbird cake with cream cheese icing. Tried my new Wilton decorating triangle... wouldn't do it again with a cream cheese icing or without a turn table! Also tried Martha Stewartâs dried pineapple flowers â a little too brown but very delicious, thanks ButterBea for the info.
I love the color combo of orange and white...and the pineapple flowers came out perfect. ;-D
Oh how cool! I saved the recipe for the pineapple flowers but have never tried them.
I think it's hard to do WITH a turn table and don't like doing it. So...you did great without that turn table. :)
