I made this cake for my niece's first birthday. Cakes are 8" & 6". Blue icing is buttercream. Polka dots are fondant with a fondant message banner. "1" is candy melts.

this is so cute! the dots are nice and even...your #1 is a very nice cut out...and your banner has excellent writing! GREAT job!
