Orange Marmalade Heart
This is an orange marmalade flavoured cake, covered with butter-yellow fondant and decorated with rosettes & dragees. The fillers were citrus chocolate truffles to complement the flavour of the cake. Do note the beautiful yellow roses made by my 11 year old daughter, using yellow fondant.
Your 11 year-old made those flowers!? Wow - can she make mine :wink: - its a clever and beautiful design you came up with and it sounds so delicious with those truffles added.
