First Wedding Cake
I used a 16" and a 12" square pan and a 8" round. Buttercream icing with dots of buttercream and blue and green ribbon. The roses on top are fresh. This was for my brother but I have got to get better before I do anymore!

I think it is very pretty.
I think it looks very sweet. And you will get better, the more you do the easier it will get. Because you may not have needed that much cake this wouldn't have helped much, but a standard height for a finished cake is usually 4" tall. I think you would like the overall look if the layers were a bit taller.
Very good job. The only thing I can see is that you may needed to level your top layer. It might just be the picture, but it looks a little off. I never realized how important leveling was until I started doing it. HTH. But great job!
