Latte Cake
this cake was for the opening of the coffee shop at our church. it is my fourth cake I've EVER done! it was fun! The top layer was baked in a very small mixing bowl and covered with fondant to look like a cup of latte. Everyone kept asking me, "what's in the cup?" LOL!

thank you! I bought some upholstery vinyl at the fabric store. when I got my fondant all rolled out, I transferred it to the patterned plastic upholstery fabric and rolled it out one last time. Lesson learned: you have to start from one end and roll toward the other, and roll only once or the image will ghost.
