One of three dozen cake balls ordered for Valentine's day. Red velvet cake, pink candy melts, white chocolate drizzle. I think I ate about a dozen myself!!! LOL
Thanks everyone. It's funny..the simplest things you do get the most praise!! 8O I charge $15/dozen for them...not much but I don't think people would pay much more. I got orders for 5 more dozen today!!!! Guess it's back to the kitchen tonight!!! By the way..I use buttercream to bind them and a toothpick to dip them!~
OH, those look yummy! Very pretty presentation! I'll have to think about offering these next year....but I too am having trouble with a good recipe that will produce a good "texture"!
