I got the idea from Martha Stewart...the one and only :) My son turned three Christmas day , so we always do a Christmas themed cake. (He has a special cake at his party:) It is an Italian Creme Cake decorated with light and dark gingerbread townhouse cookies. I used royal icing to decorate the townhouses.
