Fox Racing
This is for my brother's 21st Birthday. Cake was chocolate fudge box cake with chocolate icing. White is BC. This was my first attempt at cooked chocolate icing. It seemed hard to spread and smooth. Kept adding water to thin, but just seemed sticky and thick. Sides were so bad, I covered them with BC. Not sure if I will try to use chocolate again! We will see how it tastes!
I am a HUGE Fox racing fan, so much, I have your cake tatooed on my foot and arm...lol!! I also love the "dork" on the cake board, aren't all 21 yr old boys still dorks??? I really think the white outline of the BC makes thgis cake POP...looks so cool!!
update: the chocolate icing tasted really good and fudgy. Would love to make it again to eat, but not to decorate with. :lol:
