Thank you everyone for your nice comments. My husband built the structure using dowels and cake plates. Basically a big dowel hold the next plate at that angle and a small dowel passes through the cake to hold it in place. It is hard to explain but if you want to try it I can take a pictture of the structure and PM it to any one wanting to break out the power tools. :wink:
