My customer wanted the "look" of the Disney Princess Castle that comes with plastic pieces, but with everything edible, instead. The dolls are still plastic. ;-) 11" x 15" sheet cake base. The castle is another 11" x 15" sheet cake split into four pieces and stacked. First covered in bc, then base is covered in brown fondant with cobblestone impression. The top castle piece is gumpaste, as well as the turrets with ice cream cones. They are covered in pink luster dust. The flags are rice paper. :-D
