Love this cake! Can you tell us the recipe for your bc and the tecnique for making it look so smooth. My bc always has an airy look maybe foamy texture. Do you really use butter in your recipe. I just have to figure out the recipe and the tecnique so I can create this looks. Thanks so much. :)

Thanks to everyone for the nice compliments! cocobean - I use IMBC. It doesn't crust so you have to smooth it with a tool (I use something like a plastic bench scraper).
