Crab Cupcakes
I have a catering service that wants me to provide desserts for an upcoming event. They definitely want me to do the cheeseburger cupcakes, but also asked if I could do something with a crab. This is what I came up with - I hope they like them. They're white cupcakes with a mound of butter cream, covered in red fondant. The legs and eyes are also fondant.
