Thank you sooo much for all of your great comments. I got the idea for this cake off of this sitethere are several of them on here I just thought I would give it A try. For the head I went to the wig shop and purchased A styrofoam head then inserted dowell rods into the bottom and placed it atop 3 10" round cakes. For the shoulders I cut more 10

10" round cakes into 4's and placed them on either sides of the center cakes. Then I simply covered all in buttercream .

....and what a heck of a TRY! This is the BEST spiderman bust I've ever seen! Congrats!
