hmmm...I think it was a pre-packaged coupling tip that came with whipped icing I used @ work when I worked @ Wal*Mart. The whipped icing came preared in ready-to-use piping bags, cut off the ends of the bags, and the coupling tip was already in the bag. It makes a much larger scallop than a #31 tip and I prefer large borders.
