This was for my own son's 7th birthday. White cake baked in a tube pan, then cut and sculpted with the help of marshmellows. He has been obsessed with dragons since he was 4 yo. He loved this cake! He told me afterwards that it's a Chinese Lung Dragon (as evidenced by the lack of wings :))
