I did this cake for a friends son who loves soccer. It is an 10" square, double chocolate layer cake, torted and filled with peanut butter mousse, iced in buttercream. The ball Wilton sports ball). is the chocolate almond sour cream also torted filled with the p.b. mousse. Fondant accents. Thanks to all CC members for ideas and inspiration especially to saj_stuff for the idea for board decoration. :-) and filled with peanut butter mousse and covered in fondant.
