Please help,  I am new at this - I took out my frozen 11x15 cake from freezer to decorate and found out it didn't freeze even. I wasn't flat. It is  froze solid. Do I bake another or just wait till it thaws? Will it thaw flat?

It depends how bad is the bump. It usually will not improve once the cake is defrosted, the dent will stay. I will wait until the outside is defrosted and try to make it even. If that doesn't work... bake another cake! Be sure the shelf is even this time!
