I entered my first Cake Decorating competition and Won!!!!

It was such a surreal experience. My husband laughed at me because I was so controlled when I won. He said I must have been in shock.

I have LOTS and LOTS more photos on my facebook. I could only load 6 or 7 here.

ummmm a really long time! ha ha ha I started prepping about 2 months before the competition. I'd sit in front of the tv and make roses... other nights I'd work on little detail pieces or making molds, etc.

Your cake is amazing. The design is wonderful and so original, and you have so many elements, I am not surprised at all that you won. I absolutely love all the details, and your Juliet is beautiful. Congratulations!

Oh my!! I'm speechless! The level of detail is mind blowing!

Congrats on winning. I can't imagine you not winning though...the judges would of had something wrong with them if they didn't choose you LOL!!

A well deserved win! I love the tree and how you used it so that it 'holds up' the next tiers...and the fountains are gorgeous, love those too!
