i feel a little behind now...it never crossed my mind to make these as a bar instead of drop cookies. *smacks forehead* i may have to incorporate this somehow into my hubbies cake...got my wheels turning now... ![]()
I can't imagine that it would hold up as a cake, but it sure would be yummy! If you do it, let us know how it turns out.
Perhaps if you used a spring form pan...it might be easier to shape the cake and get it decorated?
you could also let it set in the same size pan you would your cake and then use it in the middle of a cake like a filling. I've done that with baked and no bake cookies. Chocolate Chip and White Cake was a big hit at family birthday parties.
