Amazon has them for 49 cents plus $4.99 shipping...cheapest I have found (use an app to find cheapest prices that I downloaded to my computer)...
I love mine (you may be able to get them to combine the shipping...just ask!

If you have a restaurant supply anywhere close, check there. I buy a case of them at a time - they figure out to be about .03 each. ( I get mine at restaraunt depot)

I just found some at believe it or not at target...they were milk shake straws. I've found they at the Dollar store at times too.
