I've been lurking for a very long time & finally decided to join. I have to say that admire your beautiful work! More importantly, it is good to see how every helps and supports each other.

I love to bake but am really just venturing into decorating -- trying to reach out to my creative side! I work full-time+ hours so my free time is limited --- then again, both of my children are now college-age and I'm finding a little time to pursue hobbies again.

There are lots of us here who either decided to learn cake decorating or return to it, after the kids got older. I call it "All About Me Time." LOL!

Welcome!!!! and like caked4life said is addictive. I find myself at 2:00 am in the morning saving in my favs, checking the posts... and then have to wake up at 5:30 am to the reality, go to work!!!!

Welcome!!! I was just saying to my DH yesterday that it is a good thing one can't gain weight just by looking! Because I spend WAY to much time on here! LOL Addictive is just not the right word for this site, but we love it!
