I moved from Beantown to Jersey for three years with my dh, and let me tell you...being back up here in the boston area was all I could think about (no offense meant to Jersey at all, you're a beautiful state, but you just can't take the New England out of a girl!). Towards the end of those 3 years I had to tell him that I was going back to beantown with or without him, I missed it that badly. Luckily he chose to come back with me 
Now we bicker back and forth about whose hometown is better all the time (just for kicks), lol! I never knew how much I loved it here until I left. I actually used to think I hated it since it was all I knew. No place like home I guess.

I wish it were that easy to pick up and go back. Unfortunately my field is completely saturated in the area. It's been almost 2 years since I am back and sometimes I wake up crying because I thought I was in Boston only to wake up at home. It's a beautiful city and state. I'm going back for a visit soon. Can't wait
