Are there any videos on how to stack a cake with the seperator plates. My Wilton instructor tried to explain to me how she does it with the seperator plates instead of cardboard in between the layers and uses the pillars as dowels, but there is no space in between the layers. I dont know if this makes sense to anyone, because I am a little confused too, but maybe someone can help me out, so give me a link to do this.

Hello to all...I'm new to CakeCentral and need help. I want to make a vei or trane for wedding cake competition in March. I have not had any hands on with the product called Sugar Veil. I am not sure that it would hold up in the Florida humidity, not to mention how long it may take to dry. Is there anthing else I can use? I am considering adding lots of plain gelatin to royal icing and see what happens. I see that I am going to be very happy with this site. I can't wait to have more time to "play" with all the great info that I already see.

Jerry
