Can you flavor all ready made fondant like the Wilton that you buy. An if so how???

Thanks so much for any help,

I would have a good go at kneading some flavourings into fondant.

I have only been using the MMF and I use extracts and Loran Oils and add them at the melting marshmallows stage.

If you are adding flavours to already made fondant I would think you would have to knead it pretty well to distribute the flavouring evenly throughout the fondant.

Definately. Just place a bit of fondant against the flavoring bottle (like vanilla) & tip the bottle - just so it wets the fondant, not a puddle and kneed it in. You can repeat this as much as you want. I've done it many, many times. The Lorann Oils are VERY strong so go very easy.

I generally use extracts.....

Start with a little, taste, then add more if you want.

HTH!
