Gotta luv ya i like wedding cakes, they are more satisfying.. dont get me wrong i like little cakes, but there is nothing like having your masterpiece being the center of the wedding, (atleast thats what i see) other than the bride and groom, and having it be imortalized in pictures...

wgoat5.. I asked her if she did a cake from start to finish and she pm.d that she doesent do the filling! So Im not sure if she bakes to of not ?
I dont bake..I am head designer.. When I started I use to torte and fill..But the lady that own the shop
didnt wanted to waste my pay on torte and fill and pass me to party cakes.
In a few months she kept moving me cause she saw the quality of my work.
Now I am head designer..I have a girl that does the torte and filling and the crumbcoat. When we go really busy weeks she helps with the second coat.
She is gotten really good at the secong coat. I still have to clean some of her stuff but that way I can move faster.
I stack all the cakes and finish them. None of the girls can do swirls..
sometimes when I have a lot of difficult cakes She helps putting peral borders on the easy cakes .
The cakes the I dont do the work on completely I dont post here.
But that happens when we have crazy weeks.. I am learning to delegate on her, she is getting quite good at her second coat, just like me..

Yeah!...But is not a bakery is a Custom Cake Shop.
The cakes are not pre made, they have to be ordered. I use to do all the weddings but the place is growing. It does save me some time when the cake is already filled. And If it keeps growing I need someone trained .. But she doesnt like to stack. I wish the cakes were ready for just decoration and thats it!..
