In filling in the image, how ??? Do you star it in or squirt the icing in and smooth it out???? icon_confused.gif

Welcome to Cake Central. You can fill the image either way. If you are not practiced at spreading icing smoothly, it can be easier to fill the pattern with stars. Be sure they are close together so the cake doesn't show through between the stars. Also, be sure your icing is not too stiff. your hand will get very tired. A softer icing will hold in a star just fine.

First we need to know what you are doing, a FBCT or just a picture on a cake? Is it just drawn on the cake?
