I'm 34! I've been decorating for 15 to 20 years!
(Actually started decorating much younger than that, but do the cakes from my easy bake oven count...I was 6 then!!!)
I miss my easy bake oven! Although I remember being so frustrated that my cakes didnt look like those on the box!
I'm 26 will be 27 in August. Been decorating since I was 20 and baking at an even younger age.
I am 24+1. I just had a birthday last week and I'm not very happy about it. Up until this point I was young, but now when I fill out a survey I am no longer in the 18-24 age bracket, now I'm 25-35!!! Yikes!!! I know it sounds crazy to be upset about being 25, but I'm really not used to it yet. I've been decorating since my son's first birthday party about 4 years ago. I sooo wish I had started early enough to do my wedding cake, because I see some on here I would have loved to have!

Man, I remember when my mother turned 35! She cried and cried and cried! Then she just decided to have fun from there on out!!!! I'm the baby in the family....34 ![]()

hard to see that as being a "baby" except that my sister, mommykicksbutt, calls me her "baby sister" and I call her my "OLDER sister"! We are so mean to each other!
I don't even know if she posted in this thread but she told me about it.

Great thread!! Well... I am 39. Turn the big 4 0 on the 11th of this month!! Not looking forward to it much. I am hoping that since I was so worried about 30 and then it was no big deal that 40 will be the same. Just in my mind my mom is the one that is supposed to be 40 NOT ME!! LOL
Oh well, as someone else mentioned it is better than the alternative (for now lol)
PS Congrats!!! Briansbaker!!

I'm 32 and have been decorating "the Wilton Way" for about 2 years, but have been decorating (admittedly with canned frosting......) since I was 22. I have seen the light and will not longer buy canned frosting!!! (Unless it's cream cheese to mix with my BC!)
I'm 20! I started decorating cakes when I was 14. I just learned the Wilton Way this summer and now I'm a wilton instructor at A.C. Moore!

Wow, just had to look into your photos after this post! You have lots of talent, if you decorating like this by age 20, I can only imagine what you'll be doing 20 years from now!!!! We should all keep an eye on you!
I'm 61 and have been decorating the Wilton Way for family and friends since 1974, wanted to do cakes for kids and nieces and nephews birthdays. Have been doing cakes ever since. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT as my hips can attest. Now I have more time to decorate as I'm retired and have just tried MMF and loved the outcome. Hope to someday post pictures here of cake's I've done, everyone is so friendly and helpful.
I am 25 26 in just over a month!! I have been decorating and baking since I was 16. Hope to have my own place in a couple of years.
