Hello. Does anyone know any reference or design books on panoramic eggs that are made from sugar. I already have the book Fancy Eggs by Mary Verghese. It seems that there are not many books devoted to this sugar art. I know it is way off season. These panoramic eggs are seen mostly around Easter time. Thank you very much. -Michelle

Sugarcraft has a tutorial on making your own eggs. http://sugarcraft.com/
go to the holiday section, then Easter, then click on "make your own" near the top of the page where the photo of the sugar egg is.

personally, I add meringue powder and a pinch of cream of tartar to make it set nicely.
