WOW!!! What a fabulous cake! You should be very proud of yourself = I'll bet your sister was!! 
That is absolutely amazing!!!! I know your sister will always remember this. My sister and dd made my wedding cake and it was pretty,[with the typical staircase and fountain, it was a few yrs ago]but I thought that it was beautiful and I really love her for making it and my dress,her own dress she was the matron of honor, and my oldest dd's dress [bridesmaid]So I know how much she put into it. Yours is fantastic!!!!I hope that I will be half that good one of these days.
I know how you feel, underappreciated and left out, I made my sisters cake, of course it was nothing compared to yours. My mom really gave me a bunch of negativity. At times I felt like going to a corner to cry but I couldn't let her get the best of me. She even went to a local baker and order a cake. So at the reception there were two cakes and at the end of the night she actually was able to tell me that my cake was great and so was the flavor. I am speechless at the gorgeous cake you did. Many pats on the back!

You should be so proud and your sister should always be thankful to have you on her side what a beautiful gift.
A cake like this in CT goes for $1,500-$2,300 not counting delivery fee.
so your in the money if you were getting paid on this.
I ones charge for a 5 tier cake 16,14,12,8,6 $1000.00 and the grooms mom gave me a tip of $300.00 so was i happy yes. and god know i needed it.
Again a beautiful master piece.

ok the show plannum wedding (sorry for spelling) a 7 tier was $4,000.00 
just open my mouth and had to pick it up from the floor. and that cake was NOT AS BEAUTIFUL AS YOUR FOR REAL.

I'm glad your sister loved it...as for price. I have NO clue...but I echo what the other said when saying they hope you charge a higher price...your work speaks for that price.
