Well I just heard today that my showcake placed 3rd in my section.....3 overall in show so I was really pleased!! thumbs_up.gif

The competition was at the Calgary exibition and Stampede in CalgaryAlberta,Canada.They have a large Creative living section with all the arts and crafts.I won first place last year but I was in the beginner section then...

Well, like everything else you do Kidster, this cake was perfection. For someone that rarely does wedding cakes, to come 3rd in a big competition like that, well that is amazing kiddo! In my book it is a first place cake, it is gorgeous. I always love your work because it is always neat and precise and perfectly done. You are one talented kid. So you got the whole package, gorgeous, nice and talented! You will always rank number uno in my books!
