Thank you all for your inspiration- I am completely addicted!
This is my first cake and although there is lots I would do differently, I am pretty happy with it.

I hope my daughters friend likes it too.

The top is yellow cake with strawberry filling- the bottom is chocolate with chocolate buttercream (that my friend Lori taught me to make myself).

Covered in MMF (that stuff is sooo yummy!)

Wow - this is great for a first, second, third, etc... cake. My first cake looked like it was done by a four-year old! You're a natural.
